Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled shoot will receive a 50% refund of any amount paid, excluding the non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
All retainers or booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Provider-Initiated Cancellation

In the rare event the Provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances not covered by Force Majeure, Client shall receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Provider may assist in sourcing a suitable replacement but is not obligated to do so.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of mutual agreement.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to Provider's availability.
If requested less than 14 days before the shoot, a rescheduling fee of XCD $200 may apply.
